Adult Sunday School: The “Sunday Talking” group will convene Sunday at 9:30 a.m. as usual and will continue a selective viewing of recent episodes of the hugely successful Mad Men television series. The class will, the following gathering on Sunday, September 19, dissect what this television material and theme are trying to do us. Is it just a period piece (set in 1959-1965 era in New York City) but what lessons on human nature and societal concerns are to be learned? What about the issues of masculinity and femininity? Should be an interesting discussion. Join us for the viewing of the material this Sunday.

Annual Church Picnic the Sunday after Labor Day! Have you scheduled-in the special outdoor worship service and family picnic fun at High Point Orchard on Sunday, September 12?
